Orders and minimums
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
200 units per style. That can normally be split across two or three colourways and a full size run. Co-ord sets count as two styles.
Can we start with a smaller trial order?
Development samples are the trial. Once approved, the first production order is 200 units per style. For established partners we can be flexible on repeats of approved styles.
What are your payment terms?
Typically a deposit on order confirmation with the balance before shipment, by bank transfer. Terms are agreed per customer and confirmed on the pro forma invoice.
Do you offer exclusivity?
Territory or style exclusivity on ODM designs can be agreed at order. Your own OEM designs are never shown to or produced for anyone else.
Sampling and development
Are development samples really free?
Yes, for wholesale buyers with a genuine production intention. We ask that courier costs are covered. For complex outerwear or heavily embellished styles we may agree a sample fee that is credited back against the bulk order. Terms are confirmed in writing before we begin.
How long does sampling take?
7 to 14 days for most blouses, dresses, shirts and trousers; 14 to 21 days for outerwear. Fit and pre-production samples follow once fabric is approved.
Can you work without a tech pack?
Yes. Our studio can build a tech pack from sketches and a reference garment. We will flag any missing measurements or construction details before sampling.
Do you develop prints and source fabric?
Both. We develop exclusive prints or work from your artwork with strike-offs for approval, and source fabric across Guangzhou and Zhejiang mills against your target price and handle.
Production and quality
How long is production?
Typically 35 to 70 days after pre-production sample approval depending on fabric and complexity, plus shipping. Repeats on approved styles are faster.
How do you control quality?
Bulk fabric is inspected before cutting, construction and measurements are checked inline, and a final inspection is carried out to an agreed AQL level against the sealed pre-production sample. Reports and photos are shared before shipment.
Can we use a third-party inspection company?
Yes. SGS, Intertek, BV or your own QC team are welcome at any stage.
What size ranges do you produce?
UK 6 to 24 and US 2 to 20 as standard, or your own grade rules. We fit-check at the base size and the top of the range.
Can you do our labels, hang tags and packaging?
Yes. Woven and printed labels, care labels, hang tags, swing tickets, polybags and carton marks are produced to your artwork and spec.
Shipping and logistics
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently deliver to brands in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States and Canada, and can discuss other markets.
Do you quote FOB or delivered prices?
Either. We can quote FOB Guangzhou, CIF to your port, or delivered duty paid to your warehouse so you know your landed cost per unit.
Sea or air freight?
Sea freight is the economical default for bulk orders (roughly 5 to 7 weeks to the UK and Europe, 3 to 5 weeks to the US west coast). Air or courier is available for urgent orders and samples.
Who handles customs paperwork?
We prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and any required testing documentation. Your forwarder or ours can handle clearance.
