Our process
How we take your design from brief to delivery
A clear, collaborative process whether you are a growing label placing a first order or an established brand scaling a new season. Here is what happens, in order, and how long each stage typically takes.

Enquiry and brief
Tell us what you want to make, your quantities, target prices and dates. We review your tech pack or references and come back with questions, fabric suggestions and an indicative price within one working day.
Costing and quotation
A written quotation per style with fabric, trims, labour, packaging and freight options (FOB Guangzhou, CIF or delivered duty paid). We flag where a small change in construction or fabric could meet your target price.
Development sampling
Our studio makes development samples, free for wholesale buyers, so you can approve design and construction. Fit samples follow in correct fabric. Each sample ships with a measurement chart against your spec.
Fabric, trims and approvals
Lab dips, strike-offs, trim cards and bulk fabric testing are approved by you before anything is cut. Approved standards are kept on file for every repeat order.
Pre-production sample and order confirmation
The pre-production sample becomes the sealed bulk standard. You confirm quantities by size and colour, labelling and packing, and we issue the production schedule.
Bulk production
Cutting, sewing, pressing and finishing in Guangzhou with inline inspections at each stage. We send progress photos and flag anything that needs a decision immediately rather than at the end.
Final inspection and shipment
Final AQL inspection against the sealed sample, packing to your carton spec, then sea, air or courier freight with all export documentation. Third-party inspection is welcome at any stage.
Typical total: 10 to 16 weeks from first brief to goods leaving Guangzhou for a new style; 6 to 10 weeks for repeats on approved styles. Timelines are confirmed on quotation.

Quality control
Checked at every stage, not just at the end.
- Bulk fabric inspected and tested before cutting
- Inline checks during sewing on construction and measurements
- Final inspection to an agreed AQL against the sealed sample
- Measurement reports and photos shared before shipment
- Third-party inspection welcome at your cost or ours, as agreed
