You own the design. We turn it into finished garments that match your spec, your fit and your quality standard, order after order.
What OEM means at Joyful
OEM, original equipment manufacturing, means we produce your designs exactly as specified. You supply the tech pack, measurement spec and, ideally, a reference sample. We handle pattern making, grading, fabric and trim sourcing, sampling, bulk production, quality control, packing and shipping.
What we need from you
A tech pack or clear sketches with measurements, fabric and trim preferences, target price, quantities by size and colour, and your delivery date. If you have a reference garment, send it. If you do not have a tech pack yet, our studio can build one from your sketches for a small fee that is credited against your first order.
Quality control
Every style is checked inline during sewing and at final inspection against your approved sample and an agreed AQL level. Measurements, seam construction, print placement, trims and labelling are all signed off before packing. Third-party inspection is welcome.

Can you sign an NDA for our designs?
Yes. We routinely sign non-disclosure agreements and your designs are never shown to or produced for other customers.
Do you keep our patterns and blocks?
We hold your approved patterns and blocks on file so repeat orders and new styles on the same block are faster and more consistent.
What if our tech pack is incomplete?
Our pattern team will flag gaps and propose measurements and construction before sampling, so nothing is assumed.
